Awesome decor, high quality tea and coffee selection, complimentary valet, great vibes and atmosphere. There's an air of exclusivity and privacy which I enjoy and I like the teapot collection. Some of the items date back to the late 19th century.

I usually get the jasmine tea pearls and an assortment of macrons. I tried the traditional shaved ice with the quinoa last night, it was very good but I think it's quite large and is ideal for sharing with the table!

    I love this place.

Cute family-owned coffee shop in Koreatown that looks like a house from the outside. When you step in, instead of a living room, there are round tables and lots of room for sitting! Cafe Giverny is super local and a quaint surprise, but worth a visit if you're in the area. There are some parking spots outside, but I ended up finding street parking.

The cafe has coffee, tea, juices, and some cakes. My friend ordered the cake, and I ordered some type of green juice. They also have wifi, which makes it a pretty adequate place to do work. I'm not sure if I would come back purposefully to this locale, but I do appreciate its uniqueness and the vintage tea cups and plates it has on sale. It's kitschy, but I'm not sure if the place knows it is, which adds to the charm.

One of my favorite places in K-town to hold a meeting. It's hard to find a cafe that's quiet, has good coffee and not too many people. Obviously, the downside is the price you pay. Parking could be a bit tricky depending on the situation of the street and designated parking lot usage.

I think their coffee is definitely good, but it's a bit pricy compared to what I could get from other specialty coffee shops I frequent. Other than that, it's a lovely place that feels like a home. There are a lot of tables and chairs so if you have friends and want to chat at a quiet place, then Giverny is the place.

I had a hot cup of americano, starwberry short cake (although I thought it was more of a chiffon cake?), and açaí protein bowl. You get a complimentary refill on the americano but it's one of those small cups which would be equivalent to a tall-sized americano if you combine two small cups worth of coffee. I loved the cake, and I wished I ordered a whole cake to go home. I believe you need to order something like that in advance so I sadly couldn't do that. It's so soft that I felt it was going to be gone after few bites. It felt like a waste to chew. But I was very satisfied with their cream and fresh strawberries.  Lastly, açaí protein bowl was surprisingly good. I never had açaí bowl so perhaps I don't know what I am supposed to look for but it tasted great. The icy açaí was a bit hard to break but once I mixed it well each bite was pleasant. The fresh fruity flavor with nuts were what I wanted exactly at the time. It filled me up pretty quickly and I didn't need to eat lunch that day.

Interesting tea room with European antiques. Good lounge music and classic feeling. Lots of round tables and sofas. Great place to hang out with friends. A change from happy hour drinks.

Wanna go back to your youth when you read stories of Alice in Wonderland?  Ever feel like you wanted to be transported to a different world in a small European cottage to have your afternoon tea?  Welcome to Cafe Giverny!

This homey cafe feels like your aunty's home filled with antique pianos, tea sets, and display cases.  Not the trendiest, most exciting place in Ktown but a place for a calm deliberate conversations with your girlfriend(s).  For you guys the rule still applies...not sure you'll have much fun with a group of dudes.  For a guys jam session go to a  soju house.  Guys should be bringing their dates, significant others...or mom.

The menu is filled with unique tea choices that you may find commonly at Stabucks or chain places.  The coffee is brewed individually by the cup so that's refreshing.  It was very nice that the owners(?) refilled my 2nd cup for free!  The dessert accompaniments aren't inspiring but do perfectly match the beverage options to make for a pleasant experience overall.

So drop by if you need a quiet place to hideaway from the Ktown bustle.
